CHERRY TOMATO RELISH

1 pint local cherry tomatoes, halved
1 t balsamic vinegar
1 t olive oil
¼ t salt
1/8 t black pepper
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1-2 T minced or chopped fresh basil
Mix together and chill well. Serve on top grilled rockfish or steak.
